Faithful Perseverance in the Midst of Trials
Abbie Long

The Greek word for Persevere means to remain or abide, especially in the midst of trials. If you are reading this, you are not alone in having ‘faced trials of many kinds.’ But often we question, Why? Why did God ‘allow’ this to happen to me? Or, If God is really good, then wouldn't He have prevented this trauma?
James 1:2 states, “Consider it pure joy when you face trials of many kinds…” If this verse makes no sense to you - how can joy and trials exist at the same time? - then I want to reassure you there is joy on the other side of your pain!

What is the Gospel?
Rethinking What You Think You Know

The average believer cannot adequately and completely explain the gospel to an unbeliever or even other believers. They typcially shortchange the entirety of the gospel message unable to articulate the power, beauty and majesty of the greatest message ever proclaimed. This breakout will challenge your concept and understanding of the gospel as it expands your perspective of the Gospel so you can effectively share with others.

Dare to Be Different: Standing for Jesus in a World That Wont

But as followers of Christ, we are called to be set apart, to shine as lights in the darkness and to stand firm in faith even when its unpopular.
Well talk about the cost of standing for Jesus, the courage it takes, and the reward that comes with it.The world may not celebrate your boldness, but God does. And when you stand for Him, He stands with you. So, the question is: Are you ready to dare to be different?

A Heart for Missions
Cindy Noel
The dictionary defines mission as ‘an important assignment’. God has designed you to have an important assignment for Him because He calls us all to be on a mission - for some, it means living and serving in a different culture across the seas, for others, it means serving in your community - could be as a nurse, a pastor, a teacher, a caregiver. In this seminar, Cindy will share her nearly 30 years of mission work, both stateside and abroad. We’ll talk about how to discern God’s voice and guidance to know what His important assignment is for you; steps to prepare your heart and mind for any mission; how God equips those He calls; and when obedience requires sacrifice.
